Absorber of Substance

Whenever a counter is removed from a
permanent, if that type of counter is different
than all other types of counters noted with
Absorber of Substance, draw a card, then note
that type of counter. At the beginning of your
next upkeep, remove that type of counter noted
with Absorber of Substance.
