Abyssal Temptation

Each creature gets -X/-X until end of turn,
where X is its controller's maximum hand size.
If that player doesn't have a maximum hand size,
X is 7 instead.
When you discard Abyssal Temptation, you may
pay 1 life. If you do, shuffle it into your library.
Drown your desires, or drown yourself.
