any time they would cast a sorcery.
Super Duper Split Second (As long as this spell is
on the stack, players can't cast other spells or activate
abilities that aren't mana abilities. I know there are
other effects that can interact with split second but
like not this one. I think morphs can? Anyways
they don't.)
