Accountable

Whenever a player activates a mana ability of
an artifact, each of that player's opponents puts
a tapped colorless artifact token named Copper onto the battlefield. It has "{t}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color to your
mana pool."
At the beginning of each players end step, that player loses 1 life for each Copper token he or
she controls.
