Accursed Evolution

When Accursed Evolution enters the Battlefield put a -1/-1 counter on every Creature.

At the Beginning of each Players End Step they may sacrifice a Creature. If they don't, Proliferate every Creature and the controller of Accursed Evolution draws a card.
