Accursed Judgement

Whenever a creature you don't control deals damage to you, destroy that creature unless it's controller pays life equal to that creatures toughness.
If that creatures controller paid life, Put that creature onto the battlefield under his or her control with a judgement token on it that says "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to you, prevent that damage and put that many -1/-1 counters on it".
