This wand functions as a wand of fireballs with 7 charges. It regains 1d6+1 charges at dawn. When casting fireball, the wielder may choose for the damage to be either fire or necrotic and uses the wearer spellcasting DC. Once per long rest, the wielder can also use the wand to cast Summon fiend.
