Achelous, the River King

+1/+1 for each blue and green creature, Island and Forest. Creatures you control have Islandwalk. When an opponent uses an Island or Forest for mana put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control, and an additional +1/+1 counter on blue and green creatures you control. When you use an Island or Forest in any way you may return target creature to target players hand.
