Acheron

When Acheron comes into play, choose a creature
type. As long as Acheron is the only Plane in play,
all sorceries have Affinity with the chosen creature
type.
Whenever a creature with the chosen type comes
into play, add a soul counter to Acheron.
Remove all soul counts, {t}: Destroy target artifact
with converted casting cost equal to or less than the
number of soul counters removed.
