Acidic Rain

At the beginning of your end step, if exactly
one of each color of mana is in your mana pool, put a -1/-1 counter on each creature.
Whenever a phyrexian creature gets a -1/-1 counter, this way, remove that counter.
Then, put a +1/+1 counter on it.
