Actor of Insanity

If you would activate or trigger the ability of a permanent you control, you may put an insanity counter on Actor of Insanity instead. If you do,
put an insanity counter on target permanent.
(When the abilities of permanents with insanity
counters on them are activated or triggered, the controller of that permanent flips a coin for each
insanity counter on it. For each coin flip won, an
