You may look at the top card of your library.

Once on each of your turns, you may exile the top card of your library if it has converted
mana cost {x} or less, where {x} is the number of artifacts you control. It gains Suspend if it
doesn't have Suspend and is exiled with a number of time counters on it equal to its converted mana value.
