Once on each of your turns, if the top card of your library is a nonland card with converted mana cost less than or equal to the number of artifacts you control, you may exile it. If it doesn't have Suspend, it gains Suspend. Put a number of time counters on it equal to its converted mana cost. Activate only as a sorcery.
