Add Deathtouch

Place Add Deathtouch in your command zone when the game starts with a deathtouch counter on it.

When a commander enters you may move the deathtouch counter onto that commander. When
the commander leaves play with the deathtouch counter on it or the deathtouch counter is removed return the counter to Add Deathtouch.
