Add Hexproof

Place Add Hexproof in your command zone when
the game starts with a hexproof counter on it.

When a commander enters you may move the hexproof counter onto that commander. When the commander leaves play with the hexproof counter
on it or the hexproof counter is removed return the counter to Add Hexproof.
