Add Something

Add X Unit(s) every time you use a number.
For example: If one wants to meet at 14:00 hours,
and X is 1, we add 1 Hour, so we end up with
15:00 hours. So in this case we should ask:
"Meet at 15:00 hours?" Then the other could say
something like: "Okay, so X is 2, which we subtract
from the suggested time, that's 16 minus 2, which
makes the actual time to be 14:00 hours, correct?
