Aether Engine

When Aether Engine enters the battlefield, choose target opponent. Whenever that player casts a spell,
put a charge counter on Aether Engine.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are four or more charge counters on Aether Engine, you may search your library for up to one permanent of each type, and put those cards onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.
