Aether Tether

When Aether Tether enters the battlefield,
exile target land until Aether Tether leaves
the battlefield.
Pay 3 life: Exile Aether Tether, then return it
to its owner's hand at end of turn. Aether
Tether's controller may discard a land card to
search their library for a land card, reveal it, put
it into their hand, and shuffle their library. Any
player may activate this ability.
