Aethic Impurity

Counter target creature spell unless its controller pays {1}. If the cost is payed, that creature enters the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter. If the cost is not payed, or that creature's base toughness is 1 or less, tap target land its owner controls. It doesn't untap during it's controller's next untap step.
