{4},{t}: Counter target instant or sorcery spell, if you do take all 1/1 counters off Aevadon Inforcer and add them to the creature with with the lowest power. If the creature with the lowest power is under your opponents control, destroy that creature.
When Aevadon Inforcer blocks, remove a 1/1 counter from it and add it to a creature under your control.
