equal to X, and it can't target permanents with
converted mana cost greater than its power.
{w}{w}{w}: Target creature gains first strike, lifelink,
flying, vigilance, flanking, defender, or exalted.
{u}{u}{u}: Target permanent gains or loses phasing,
wither, skulk, flying, or protection from artifacts.
{p/b}{p/b}{p/b}: Target creatures gets a -1/-1 counter and
loses haste, deathtouch, infect, or wither.
