Africa Explosive Expert receives an additional
+1/+1 in an Africa or Desert Battlefields.
Explosive Expert: If unturned, Expert may turn
on your turn to create a 3 damage mine. The
mine is placed in the Expert's current Battlezone
and will damage the next enemy's attacking
vehicle/tank in the zone. If more than one
vehicle/tank is attacking the defender chooses
which vehicle or tank is damaged.
