Age of Genies

Until end of turn whenever a nonland
permanent enters the battlefield, it's controller
gives that permanent to a random opponent.
Each player shuffles all nonland permanents they control into their library then exiles cards from
the top of their library equal to the number of
cards that player shuffled. Each player may put
any number of permanents from among them
onto the battlefield, and shuffle the remaining
cards into their libraries.
