Use this Stratagem just after your opponent has
spent CP to use a Stratagem. Roll a D6; on a 1
your opponent's Stratagem is resolved as normal.
On a 2-5 your opponent's CP are refunded, but
the Stratagem they were using is not resolved
and cannot be attempted again this phase. On a
6, same result, but the CP spent are lost. This
Stratagem can't be used if there are no Kabal of
the Black Heart units from your army on the
battlefield, and can't be used to affect Stratagems
used 'before the battle'
