Put X -1/-1 counters on all creatures. Whenever
a creature dies this turn, its controller mills cards
equal to the number of -1/-1 counters that
creature had on it. If X is ten or more, cards that
would enter the graveyard this turn are exiled
instead and players mill twice as many cards as
they normally would this turn.
