Agree to Disagree

Enchant Creature
You control enchanted creature. Enchanted
creature can't attack its owner or a Planeswalker
they control. That creature's owner may gain
control of target creature you don't control for as
long as Agree to Disagree is on the battlefield and
that creature gains +2/+2 and flying and cannot
attack you or a Planeswalker you control.
