as if it's power were 5 greater.
If there are more than seven Girder counters on
Ahtal-Ka, Forlorn Puppeteer and there are no
Walking Fortress tokens on the battlefield, create
a 7/7 Artifact Vehicle token named Walking
Fortress with Trample, Menace, Reach, and
Crew 7 and put it onto the battlefield under your control.
