Ailsing Leprechaun

Whenever Aisling Leprechaun blocks or becomes
blocked by a creature, that creature becomes
green. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)
The Leprechaun are the only fae of the Courts of
Tyr Ober Nog than can wander the moral world.
Or of Winter that may enter the shining isles. It is
without saying no reason could make their kind
could never reveal or abandon their troves.
