When Airship Captain enters the battlefield, you
may search your library for a Vehicle card, then shuffle your library and put that card on top of it.
{r}: Target Vehicle gains haste until end of turn.
Whenever Airship Captian crews a Vehicle, that vehicle gains +1/+1 until end of turn.
