Exile all planeswalkers. Then for each permanent exiled this way, its controller
draws a card.
Search each player's hand, library and graveyard for any planeswalker card and exile them.
They cannot be trusted to safeguard their own plane, let alone the Multiverse. Wherever they were, they are now trapped there. Forever.
