Whenever Akechi, deals combat damage to a
player, look at the top 4 cards of your library you
may exile an instant or sorcery from among them.
Any opponent may cast a copy of the exiled card,
for each opponent who does, you may cast a copy
of the exiled card. If no opponent cast a copy of
the exiled card, put the other cards into your
hand if you exiled a card, otherwise put them on
the bottom of your library in any order.
