Akhrev's Right Hand

When Akhrev's Right Hand enters the battlefield,
you may remove X loyalty counters from target planeswalker you don't control and put that
many loyalty counters on target planeswalker you control.
When Akhrev's Right Hand dies, you may reveal
a card from your hand. If you revealed a planeswalker card this way, you may put it onto
the battlefield. You loose life equal to twice its
mana value.
