Haste
{3}{u}{r}, {t}: Reveal cards from the top of your
library until you reveal a card with {x} in its mana
cost. Put it into your hand and copy it. You may
cast the copy without paying its mana cost and
as if {x} is 1. Put all revealed cards not put into
your hand this way on the bottom of your library
in a random order.
