When Akoum Tarbeast enters the battlefield, sacrifice it unless you pay {c}{b}{r}. When Akoum Tarbeast dies, put a waste counter on target land.
As long as a land has a waste counter on it, its
name is Wastes, it has "{t}: Add {c}", and it loses
all other types and abilities.
