Alarm - Abjuration Ritual

Alarm with area of a 20ft cube or smaller within
range. If a tiny or larger creature enters/touches
area, spell alerts you. Can grant specified
creatures immunity. Choose a mental or audible
alarm. Mental alarm pings you if within 1 mile,
awakens you if sleeping. Audible causes sound
of a bell for 10sec within 60ft.
