Alasi, the Cold Voice and lands you control have Hexproof from Non-Snow (This permanent can't
be the target of non-snow spells your opponents control
or abilities of non-snow sources your opponents control.)
Whenever a snow permanent enters the
battlefield under your control, you may put
two +1/+1 counters on target land you control.
That land becomes a 0/0 Elemental snow
creature. It's still a land.
