When you have no cards in hand, sacrifice Alazar,
Sower of Dissent.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Alazar,
Sower of Dissent is in your graveyard, choose a permanent an opponent controls. That
permanent's controller may sacrifice it. If they
don't, untap it and gain control of it.
