From then on, THAT person, while holding the chalice, can expend 1 charge and an Action to call forth such a potion.The Chalice will 'remember' any number of potion types. Each memory is unique to a specific wielder. The holder may consume as part of that same Action, or pass to another. Each dawn the Chalice renews 1 charge.
