This ability can't be used more than twice per
turn or twice on the same target per turn.
If damage would be dealt to a creature you
control with a bubble counter on it, prevent
2 of that damage, remove all bubble counters
from it, and put a +1/+1 counter on Zarya.
Remove all bubble counters from the game at the beggining of each end step.
