Alembic Cup

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, for each color, if that player has devotion to that color equal to zero, that player may do one of the following:
Scry 1.
Discard two cards, then draw a card.
Exile a card in target player's graveyard.
Gain 1 life.
Remove a counter from target player or target permanent.
