it, each time it phases in, remove a Time Counter.
When there are no Time Counters on Alexander, it
may use it's special ability)
Holy Judgment- Deals 3 damage to all creatures
target opponent controls. If they are Undead
(zombie, vampire, etc.) destroy them, they cannot
be regenerated. Add 3 Time Counters onto
Alexander.
