Algoth, mad king

When Algoth enters the battlefield, you become the monarch. At the beginning of your upkeep, each player draws a card, then discards a card at random. If you are the monarch, instead, each opponent draws a card, and you seach your library for a card, put it into your hand, then shuffle, then each player discards a card at random.
