{t}: Select a Base Pair of Chromosomes to Clone.
Put 3 Time Counters on Alien Cloning Center.
Remove 1 Time Counter Every Time a Phase in
the Cloning Process is Completed. When all Time
Counters are Gone: Put a Clone of the Original
into Play under your Control, with as Starting
Location the Alien Base it was Cloned on.
