Aligned Scouts

Aligned Scouts enters the battlefield with a ward
counter on it. (A ward counter grants ward {1}.)
Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may
remove a ward counter from Aligned Scouts. If you
do, choose one —
• You draw a card unless an opponent pays {1}.
• Your opponents can't cast spells this turn.
• You gain 3 life.
