When All Consuming Ooze enters the battlefield, if it wasn't cast, exile it.
Whenever a player sacrifices a permanent, put a +1/+1 counter on All Consuming Ooze.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player sacrifices another permanent. If that
player can't, that player loses the game.
