or activate its abilities
If All Is One is your commander, it is all colors
{x}{t}: Search your library for a creature card with
mana value X without hexproof or shroud and exile
it. For as long as it remains exiled, you may cast it
without paying its mana cost. When you do, it
mutates instead.
