All or Nothing Coin

This strange coin is a priceless artifact that has interdimensional properties. Within the property of a PC, the player can use the coin flip to replace any d20 roll they want before rolling. If it is heads, the player has rolled the equivalent of a natural 20 and attacks may crit. If it is tails, the player has rolled the equivalent of a natural 1 and fumbles.
