All Seeing Eye enters the battlefield tapped
{4}{t}: Creatures your opponents control who can
not be blocked by a creature you control, may be blocked until end of turn. (For example, a creature
you control may block a creature an opponent controls
with horsemanship as though that creature didn't have horsemanship.)
