Split second, sharp shooter 2 ( deals two damage
to target opponent damage this way has split second.)
{2}{g}{u}: give target opponent two bullet counters that deals 2 damage at the beginning of there upkeep, you can not be givin these counters at all.
I'm the chibi sharpshooter I always hit my target .
