Whenever Alpha deals combat damage, put a core overload counter on her.
Sacrifice this creature: Deal X damage to Y target creatures and or players, where Y is the number of core overload counters on Alpha, and X is Alpha's power.
If Alpha is in you graveyard at the beginning of your upkeep, you may move her to exile. If Alpha is in exile at the beginning of your upkeep, you may return her to the battlefield under your control.
